    Taking the plunge today!

Drink tons of water and get enough fiber! I only had mild heartburn and constipation. Also, make sure you're eating enough. Semaglutide really cuts down on cravings, but I wasn't eating enough calories at first, which caused other problems. Nourish your body. I've lost almost 40 pounds!

GLP-1 costs are bumming me out

Yep, exactly my situation. My plan would cover those meds if I was diagnosed with type 2 but not for just weight loss.

    Ozempic & Neck Wrinkles?!

I agree with JustAF and Robin_38. Sometimes the weight loss reveals bone structure you haven't seen in years. It can make you look younger!

    Too many rules?

Right? That's like telling someone with a broken leg to just walk it off.

    Ozempic & Neck Wrinkles?!

I'm not sure it's the meds causing it. We're all staring at our phones all day, creating these horizontal lines on our necks! Add weight loss and getting older, and of course, you're going to see them. I had luck with red light therapy on my forehead.

    Too many rules?

If you're telling me what to eat, and I'm not paying you, and you're not a dietician, I'm ignoring you. I might not tell you to piss off, but I won't listen. I live simply: shop the outside aisles, act and eat as if I still have issues with sugar, eat X protein and drink Y fluids every day.

    Tirz is changing my life!

Once I hit my target, I'll probably stay there a couple of months and see if I need to lower the dosage to 5 mg or maybe take it every 10 days.

    Tirz is changing my life!

I'm on 7.5 mg. It works well at that dose, so I didn't increase it.

    Ozempic & Neck Wrinkles?!

    I have a fix for that! 😂

    Tirz is changing my life!

Nothing special. I focused on unprocessed foods with a lot of protein, did a good amount of peloton + walking, and some bodyweight stuff. Now trying more strength with yoga. I've been reading about metabolic dysfunction, and just losing weight isn't enough, you need to move.

    Tirz is changing my life!

This stuff rocks. My BP is about 120/80 now, was like 140/95. No more snoring, and my pulse is in the upper 40s. I've lost a lot of weight before, but I'm thinking this might be different. Just about 8 lbs before I hit my goal, also trying to get fitter. Was thinking about trying Reta, but after...

    Too many rules?

Too many rules = brain overload = screw it. It feels like a punishment, and my brain's all, "nope, not doing it." That's how I react when people give unwanted advice or when social media throws constant new diet trends at me. Keto, no sugar, meat only, Med... it's like there's always something...

    GLP-1 myths IRL?

Before semaglutide was even big, people were bashing it. I think a lot were paid shills from the diet and fitness industry. It's what made me think it would work. Who gets that mad about something that isn't effective? I'm down 60, and I don't care what anyone says about it.

    GLP-1 myths IRL?

I told my grandma I was on a GLP-1 over Thanksgiving, and she said it would give me a funky gallbladder! I just chuckled.

    Down 70+ lbs!

Great job! Semaglutide definitely assists, but it still requires effort and hard work to get results like these! It's so gratifying to reach maintenance! Semaglutide helped me to actually stick to a diet for what feels like the first time ever.

High E2 on Reta & TRT - Help!

I've seen GLP-1 meds like Ozempic do amazing things for people with insulin resistance and weight issues. One person I know dropped their A1C almost a full point in three months and got off all their diabetes and blood pressure meds! It's not just about the medication, though; they also went...

    GLP-1s changed my life!

I've heard of that happening! It's one of the less common side effects, but definitely a real thing. Some people find that certain smells are amplified or just generally unpleasant.

High E2 on Reta & TRT - Help!

Lower your dosage and increase injection frequency with a single ester. Try every day, if possible. 200 is far too high.
