    Down 60+ pounds - stoked!

I saw a post from someone whose starting weight was 203, current is 170, and goal is 130. They said they're finally seeing a difference, which is awesome!

    Finally under 200!

Just remember to track carefully when you switch meds, Kim1993. Sometimes the dosages aren't a direct 1:1 conversion. You may need a bit of titration to get it dialed in.

GLP-1s: Confidence boost & fewer SEs!

That’s what I’m thinking too! I bet going slow will help me avoid the worst of it.

Half a year, half a me!

I began at 2.5 for a couple of months and only dropped maybe 5 or 6 pounds. When I upped it to 7.5 for a month, I started losing more. But when I hit 10mg, the weight really started coming off. So happy with the results. I went from 164 to 139 in just four months. I'm 72, and hadn't been...

    Transitioning to maintenance...

I was on the max Tirz dose, and I lost most of my weight there. I would've switched to Reta earlier, but I decided to stick with the protocol to get the most out of Tirz, especially for inflammation. Now I take KPV for that. I like that I can actually eat on Reta, not a lot, but enough to be...

    Transitioning to maintenance...

For maintenance, I went from 15mg of Tirz weekly, then switched to 1mg of Reta once I got Tirz to 10mg (over 2 weeks). Then I added .250mcg of Cagri to my 1mg Reta. I increased Reta to 2mg, then 3mg. My current maintenance is 3mg Reta & .5mg Cagri weekly, and I don't plan to go higher. I might...

    1 year on MJ!

Exactly. You also want to support collagen production as you lose weight - adequate protein, vitamin C, and maybe even a collagen supplement could help with skin elasticity.

Almost to my goal! Down 72 pounds!

It's a good idea to consult with your healthcare provider and get some lab work done. Fatigue and brain fog can sometimes be linked to vitamin deficiencies. I started a B12 supplement when my levels were low.

Almost to my goal! Down 72 pounds!

That's amazing progress. I'm also getting close to my target, and the folks at my clinic have advised me that it can get tougher near the end. But really, those last few pounds are as much about changing habits as they are about the medication itself. You're almost there!
