    You're amazing! Could you share your starting weight/stats vs. your current weight/stats, and what dose you started with? Also, how has your experience been? You look so strong, it must feel great. I started weight training (plus some cardio) back in February, and feeling stronger is so rewarding.

    OMG thanks for the warning! LOL. I'm planning a cruise soon, and that's EXACTLY the kind of overdoing-it scenario I was worried about. Maybe I'll just stick to smaller portions.

    Great point! I get so uncomfortably full sometimes and then it hits me that I ate a totally normal portion size, but now I need so much less food.

    Wanted to add that strength training really helps with combating reduced muscle mass during weight loss. It's great for longevity, like someone else mentioned. Keep up the great progress! I feel this SO hard, sometimes I feel like the scale is lying!

    It often takes longer to lose weight with PCOS. Be patient and consistent. Also, try to take full-body pictures. Sometimes it's hard to see the changes day to day, but you'll notice in pictures!
