    Eloralintide ETA?

Anyone have leads on a good source for Eloralintide yet? I'm trying to give it a shot ASAP.

    Eloralintide ETA?

Cagrilintide, Petrelintide, and Eloralintide work by mimicking amylin, not GLP-1/GIP/Glucagon. SinoPep is a pretty big peptide manufacturer that's FDA approved, too.

    Goal weight: Now what?

I've heard people say they're exhausted on Ozempic/Mounjaro. Is that a common thing?

    Goal weight: Now what?

You look fab! What were your starting and current weights? I'm built similarly.

    I hit my number!

You must feel incredible! It’s awful how heavier folks are ignored and face prejudice. I hope your loved ones are supportive.

    Weight training for complete noobs?

But that requires you have expensive equipment and a power cage. I wouldn't let a 5-year old do those exercises unsupervised. At age 55 with moderate to severe spinal osteoarthritis and zero experience doing a power clean, there's no way I'd attempt that myself. I spoke with Andy Baker...

Slow losers unite! Hang in there!

Totally agree with Maintenance_Mode! It's so nice to have more options and actually enjoy shopping. I used to dread it.

    Weight training for complete noobs?

Check out Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength DVD. It’s a good way to learn the basic movements. He has YouTube videos too, but the DVD is more detailed and has demos with different people.

Slow losers unite! Hang in there!

Slow loser checking in! I'm a woman in my 30s, 5'4", and my highest weight was around 300 lbs. I started on a GLP-1 medication in August 2022, so it's been about 2 years and 2 months. I currently weigh about 210 lbs. That's roughly 90 lbs in 114 weeks, which averages out to about 0.75 lbs per...

    Look how far I've come!

To answer a few questions... I lost the first 100 pounds from the bypass, and the last 60 after starting a GLP-1. They really work well together!

    Look how far I've come!

Your achievement is incredible. The mental side must be intense too. People don't talk about that enough. The after photo shows how petite you are, and it really highlights how tough it was for you before. Congrats on surviving and thriving. You're beautiful.

Tirzepatide: A New Weight Loss Option?

Good question! I bumped up my protein intake and started lifting weights at the gym 3 times a week. Also, BCAA supplements really helped. I've noticed fat loss more than muscle loss, thankfully.

    A year on GLP-1s!

I saw someone post about their birthday and wanted to share my own experience - it's been a little over a year for me, and I've noticed HUGE health improvements. No more pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, or fatty liver. The back and knee pain I had (chronic, by the way) is gone and I finally feel...

Tirzepatide: A New Weight Loss Option?

I've been on a similar medication, semaglutide, for about six months now. Started around 215 lbs and I'm hovering around 195 currently. The GI issues were real at first, but they definitely subsided after a few weeks as my body adjusted. It's been a game changer for managing my appetite.

    A year on GLP-1s!

You look amazing! I wish I still had some boob left! Mine are tiny now 😭 oh well, at least the hubby doesn’t mind.

    A year on GLP-1s!

Wow, you look like a much younger person now! You're a true inspiration! I'm also 5 feet tall and started at 204 lbs. Currently at 135 and aiming to drop another 10 lbs or so.
