    GLP-1s and major weight loss!

Just hit my latest Mounjaro check - down 10.3 kg since fall and every bit of it was fat. Kept all my muscle, even gained a tiny bit, and no bone loss either. This stuff really does change things. Way more confident about using it now.

    AOD-9604 & Tirz ... anyone?

Oh yeah, I remember now... the main researcher said AOD didn't really work. So it may work for some folks, but it wasn't great overall.

    AOD-9604 & Tirz ... anyone?

AOD doesn't get much love around here. Apparently mice have way more receptors for it: another forum I've heard women respond to AOD better than men. But any weight/fat loss might just be from the GLP-1.

Down 70+ lbs - face gains!

Yeah, listen to your body. There are def some weeks where you need to scale back a little. Pushing too hard isn't worth it. It's not a race, it's about being healthier in the long run.

Down 70+ lbs - face gains!

Still aiming for around 250lbs, got maybe 70 more to shed before I'm happy and not always thinking about it. I went from wearing 3XLT shirts to a regular 2XL, and pants size 52 to a 46, almost a 44. I don't always see the difference in the mirror, but these pics I took really showed me the...

    GLP-1 kicking my butt...

Your doctor is wrong. Everyone reacts differently. Listen to your body! Also, your eating habits might be making the GI symptoms worse. Need more info to offer better suggestions.

    GLP-1 kicking my butt...

I stopped Mounjaro because of the side effects. I'm a 40-year-old female, 5'7", 185lbs, so I'm overweight, but not enough to stay on Mounjaro and be miserable. I only lost 4lbs in two months. If I'd lost like 15lbs, I would've stayed. But the sacrifices weren't worth only losing 4lbs. I didn’t...

Sema making my OCD worse? Anyone else?

Thanks everyone for the replies! It's good to know I'm not totally crazy. Maybe it's just the stress of starting something new, like Heal_Gang mentioned.

Sema making my OCD worse? Anyone else?

I straight up asked my doctor and she said it's not related. *shrug*

Sema making my OCD worse? Anyone else?

I think semaglutide is messing with my OCD. I started taking it a few days ago, as prescribed of course. I've had some stomach issues, which I expected, but my OCD feels like it's on overdrive, especially my relationship OCD. Nothing seems to help, and I'm feeling really blah. I have felt this...

    Low B12 on GLP-1s?

Hey DocInTheBox, thanks for the info on the animal B12. Have you looked into any peptides for general wellness? I was reading about Melanotan II and its potential cognitive and anti-inflammatory benefits, but wasn't sure if it's just marketing hype. I'm curious if anyone here has tried it and if...

Reta delivery -- how long is too long?

Next time I'm going to ask if they can ship with someone else. It took twice as long to get through Canada as it did to get here from China.

Reta delivery -- how long is too long?

I'm dealing with this right now. Their shipping is a total mess. It landed nearby, sat for a couple of days, then got sent halfway across the country. Now it's back near where it started and is supposed to be on its way to me. It's only a few hours away, but no updates in days.

    Low B12 on GLP-1s?

Nope, not for me. That's like most vitamins. Your body has to convert it.

    Low B12 on GLP-1s?

What kind of B is in it? I don't see it listed, curious.

Reta delivery -- how long is too long?

Anyone have experience with delivery times from overseas? I ordered on the 27th of December, and the tracking info shows it arriving at a distribution center but nothing since.

    Low B12 on GLP-1s?

Sublingual B-12 sounds good! I don't swallow pills well, so that might be an upgrade. Thanks!

    Low B12 on GLP-1s?

Unless you have bad absorption from stomach or gut issues, oral or sublingual B12 is smarter. Injected B12 is for when you can't absorb it due to anemia or gut problems, and even then high oral doses often work. You only need 2.4 - 5 micrograms daily, and you can get pills with 200 - 400 times...

    Making BAC water at home?

Hey there! I'm in Teresópolis. I get mine from a local manufacturer. Seems OK, haven't had issues. No signs of any contamination in my vials even after a month. They have some good feedback on their Instagram too. I have some experience in the lab, and, honestly, I don't think it's a great...
