    I did a pull-up!

It is important to remember that knee and back issues typically get worse without carefully implemented exercise. Even light calisthenics at home can make a big difference. The key is to work with a physical therapist or doctor who can design a safe, effective program.

Reta vial size? What works best?

Thanks everyone for the feedback! Seems like smaller vials and quicker use are common themes. I'll keep that in mind as I titrate up. Kelly, yes, reconstitution is just mixing the powder with bacteriostatic water.

Reta vial size? What works best?

Curious to know what others are doing. What vial volume do you buy, and frequency of dosage? I picked up three 10mg vials, and mixing with 100ml of BAC leaves me with about two doses each while on 5mg. As I increase dosage, I want to find out what vial size works best for others. My face is finally changing!

It's amazing how much your face changes. I lost about 115lbs over the last decade (gained some back during pregnancy, unfortunately). I'm back on track now though with the help of medication I got more energy. I had a hard time recognizing myself in old pictures.

    Clothes... My new addiction!

That's a great question! I've found that some people are incredibly supportive, while others can be... well, let's just say less so. Some folks don't understand the role medication can play and think it's 'the easy way out'. It's important to remember that this is a tool, and the real work comes...

    Reta Phase 3 deets?

I saw something about companies fighting back against the big pharma companies, trying to make personalized meds more accessible. Anyone know more about that?

    Reta Phase 3 deets?

Never mind! I think I found it: https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT05929066?term=retatrutide%20phase%203&rank=8 But it doesn't say what dosages they're using, which is what I was hoping to find out, lol.
