    I saw a post the other day about someone hitting their goal weight and being in the normal BMI range for the first time in their adult life. So inspiring! Makes me think it's really possible for me too.

    You look fabulous! I'm losing slowly, about a pound a week. Some days I think it's great, others I'm impatient. Also, my portions are way off. I eat a bowl of soup and feel stuffed. Tips?
