    One year on... wow!

Congrats on coming off! Are you worried about regaining? An article I read (https://www.theguardian.com/society/2025/may/14/people-who-stop-weight-loss-drugs-return-to-original-weight-within-year-analysis-finds) said most people regain within a year.

    One year on... wow!

Awesome results! About how much weight per month would you estimate you lost? It's great to see the yearly progress.

    Zepbound making me ITCH!

To piggyback on CompoundRoad's comment – sudden changes in blood sugar can also cause fatigue. If you're diabetic, what feels 'normal' now might actually be low. Definitely discuss with your physician.

    Zepbound making me ITCH!

There's clinical data suggesting some people experience allergic reactions to tirzepatide. I don't think it was anaphylaxis-level, but enough for some to stop using it. Oddly, it's not a major warning. Maybe try different antihistamines? If not, semaglutide might be the way to go.

    De Minimus Ending Soon?!

There's been increasing discussion about GLP-1s. Semaglutide, for example, is approved for both type 2 diabetes and obesity management. We need to stay informed about these developments.

    7.5mg Tirz is a BEAST!

Just a reminder, normal blood sugar levels can feel really strange at first as your body adapts. Of course, check with your doctor to rule out any other issues.

    7.5mg Tirz is a BEAST!

Funny enough, 5mg gave me the worst issues. I was nervous about upping the dose when 5mg stopped working. But 7.5mg to 15mg was way smoother. Now I'm back at 7.5mg with a tiny bit of another med added.

    Maintenance? Hitting the wallet hard

You look awesome! Healthy and happy. I'm thinking about it too. I'm older, and want some plumpness. At my GW, so I'm going to try maintenance, I think.

    Under 200lbs - I made it!

I haven't personally, but I've read that some people do. Some have found tesamorelin can help with visceral fat, which is connected to water retention.

    Under 200lbs - I made it!

Of course! It's been about 7 months. Don't be discouraged by slow initial loss. Everyone responds differently, and the higher doses definitely ramped things up for me.

    Reta and Cagri - help!

Yep stick with it Lee_1981. Some compounds just need time to build up in your system and start working effectively. Don't get discouraged too early!

I have been hearing some talking about SLU-PP-332, anyone here try that for weight loss?
