Didn't notice til I looked back!

That slow-burn realization happens to so many using this stuff. These kinds of updates really help people trust the process when it feels like nothing's happening. If you're up for it, sharing this in the community could be a big help to others there.

    Oral Wegovy Approved!

It was from a compounder. I'm guessing it was garbage.

    Oral Wegovy Approved!

I used oral zep for 2 months and it did nothing! I gained weight.

    Targeted Fat Loss Creams?

I think it depends. I'm getting older, and as my face thins out I feel like I need *more* makeup now to look my best. It's weird, I always thought it would be the opposite.

Oh, we see it! I think my body is changing in a similar way…like the fat is literally vanishing. It's not even, but it's going! Getting close to my goal soon. It's been so much easier than I thought it would be. Lost over 100 pounds with my doctor's help. Being on a fixed income means a new...

    Targeted Fat Loss Creams?

This would be ideal. I'm on Reta and doing resistance training right now, and my boobs and butt are shrinking while my waist stays the same.

    Tirz every 6 days?

I suspect the weekly schedule is more about making it easy for patients than maximizing the drug's half-life. Personally, five days sounds good, but wouldn't work for my life. I travel a lot for work, and lugging meds would be annoying. I also want max coverage on weekends when I'm more likely...

    Oral Wegovy Approved!

This isn't exactly groundbreaking. Rybelsus has been around since 2019.

Down 120+ lbs since June '24!

Wanted to add that it's also important to manage stress levels, as stress can contribute to inflammation and hinder weight loss efforts. Gentle exercises like yoga or meditation can be helpful. True_Coffee330

Can you explain the TSA thing? My husband often travels with a colleague who gets extra screening almost every time, but my husband never does. Could weight or skin folds be a factor? You look amazing! Congrats! 👏🏼👏🏼

Sema almost a year 30+ down

I agree with GastricEmptyOut – slow and steady is the best way to go. Plus, it gives your body time to adjust and your skin time to bounce back.

I'd suggest trying Zepbound instead of Wegovy. Wegovy was okay for me, but Zepbound has been much more effective.

    Reta's Got Me Feeling...Different

I agree with Compound. Also, it could be an issue with the product itself. Make sure you trust your source, since the dose range for reta is typically 2-12mg per week, titrated gradually. Good luck!

    Reta's Got Me Feeling...Different

I think it's important to remember that GLP-1 medications are tools, not magic bullets. They can be incredibly effective, but they work best when combined with lifestyle changes such as diet and exercise. Otherwise, as mentioned, the weight can easily come back.

    My GLP-1 Story: Jan-Oct

Huge congrats on the weight loss! Sounds like you're feeling great. Hitting the "one-derland" (under 200lbs) is a huge goal of mine, too.
