    Reta working *too* well?

Congrats on the weight loss! But yeah, you definitely need to eat *something* to preserve muscle. Prioritize protein – shakes are a good option when you don't feel hungry. Smoothies too!

    Compounded GLP-1s Still A Thing?

From what I've read, many compounders are adding various vitamins or other ingredients that the brand name meds don't have to try and skirt the rules. It's a gray area, for sure.

    Compounded GLP-1s Still A Thing?

Maybe they should lower the price... A large chunk of the market is sensitive to price. Unless you have a ton of money, price matters. Basic economics suggests a lower price gets you more customers while still providing a good profit.

    Eloralintide... anyone else impatient?

That seems to be what the early testing says. It's Lily's spin on Cagrilintide.

Hit a milestone! Down 8 stone!

I'm a slow loser too! It's been about 2 years and I'm finally down from 210 to 160. Slow and not always steady, but consistency pays off. I haven’t felt this great in a decade. I hope this encourages others who are also losing slowly. Don't give up!

    Eloralintide... anyone else impatient?

I heard they're researching it with Tirzepatide, too. I wonder if it needs a certain pH situation like cagrilintide, so it'll be interesting to see how that plays out.

    Eloralintide... anyone else impatient?

I believe the more polite terminology would be "want to suck."

    GLP-1s: why diff results?

I'm only on week 1, so I don't have before/after pics yet, but I did want to share something I read that made me feel better about slow progress. Someone said they didn't see big number changes on the scale, but their clothes fit completely differently. So maybe focusing on that, instead of the...

    Sublingual Semaglutide, huh?

I agree I've read some interesting research on peptide absorption through the nasal passages. Definitely worth digging into the science before trying it though!

    Sublingual Semaglutide, huh?

I haven't, Morgan2000. But have you looked into those Orforglipron pills? I've seen them discussed. I hear they're becoming popular.

    Oops... too much laxative!

I had terrible burping too! I actually started using it as a way to figure out what foods weren't great for me anymore. Things that were high in fat or sugar seemed to trigger it.
