Hey Jules_1986, if you started your exercise routine around the same time as the GLP-1 meds, you might be building muscle! Muscle weighs more than fat, so it could just be body recomposition. Are you lifting weights?

Splitting the dose might mean you need more Reta to get the same effect as a single weekly dose if you're trying to lose weight. The half-life is around 6 days. Splitting never gets you to a good level versus a single strong dose. Instead of going higher weekly, try 6mg once a week for a month.
