    You just started a week ago, give it time! Also, titrate slowly. Don't just copy someone else's doses. Figure out what works for your body. Keep training, eat well, and be patient. 🙂

    Someone posted their Renpho results next to a Dexa scan, and it was surprisingly close. They had the 6-point one with the hand-held sensors. My Renpho is about 4 years old, and even if the numbers aren't perfect, the trends are what matters. I'm a data nerd, so I love all the stats.

    I had to Google that scale. I suspected it combined weight with body measurements, but some descriptions only mention four sensors. Weird! Bluetooth would be nice. Then I'd need a Bluetooth blood pressure cuff. Got an EKG gadget recently. Seems I'm not dead yet! 👍
