I bought the Owen Mumford Autoject 2. You twist the top to change the depth depending on the needle length, then add the syringe to use. I must have bumped it while I was prepping the shot. Thanks for the reassurance! The little bump seems to be shrinking.

OK, so the mirror isn't perfect, and my cat is ALWAYS in the way, but I've officially broken the 85-pound loss mark! Celebrated by treating myself to some fresh finds at Target. Everything fits SO much better now. Both of the after shots are from today. 😻
