Most of those vials can handle 3ml easy. Just depends how you wanna dose it.

I wouldn't get stuff like that from just anywhere, lol.

For me it started really fast. I noticed the food noise getting better within a few days after my first shot. I was really shocked.

My portions have gotten so much smaller. For lunch, I had a tiny bit of lactose-free cheese and maybe 10 small carrot sticks. I don't eat much during the week... I eat a bit more on the weekends because I take my shot Tuesdays.
