OMG I feel so much better!

That kind of accumulated suffering - chronic condition after chronic condition compounding over a year - and then turning a corner this noticeably is not nothing. When people say these medications 'changed their life' this is exactly what they mean. The systemic inflammation reduction that often...

My closet feels like a store now!

Old clothes fitting again is one of the best surprises on this journey. Something that was just hanging there for years suddenly works.

    Reta test = ZERO?!

Zero active ingredient from a group purchase is a serious find. Worth flagging in the vendor thread so others can hold off while more tests come in. This is exactly what the community testing groups are for.

GLP-1s and Sleep: What to Expect

only take it once or twice a week on nights when my mind's racing but i need sleep. quality sleep's been rough 3-4 years. at 250-300mcg it helps with sleep without next-day drowsiness. beat the wired but tired feeling, especially before early trips. not groggy like sleep aids.

    Mounjaro and no gym?

Started with one med 2 years ago, switched to another, losing steady but hit a wall. Goal's 20 more pounds for a healthy range. On 10mg with zero side effects. Anyone else moving without bumping the dose? I'm not hungry most days then right before injection I get ravenous. Stuck like this.

    Reta timing: morning or night?

based on whose research? how do you have 10-year research for peptides that have only been around a couple years? I'm not taking unscientific stuff as fact.

Cheapest way to pay outta pocket?

My doc's willing to give me a GLP-1 script, but my insurance won't budge. I've checked out online Canadian pharmacies and some discount cards, but I'd really like to stick with the brand name stuff. Any recommendations for the lowest price?

    Thinking about GH - thoughts?

Never heard of that combo. What's BPC-157 supposed to do? My joints are always a little achy.

    Thinking about GH - thoughts?

I'll check that one out again. I was thinking 1-4iu per day. Want to be careful, but want to use my age and TRT. I've also seen people on GH for a year, stop, and their levels go back to normal with no side effects. And others who take 10+iu daily without sides. Thanks for the questions/opinion.

    Thinking about GH - thoughts?

Thanks for your input! Lifestyle-wise, I'm already pretty active. I work outside all day, play sports, and lift 4x a week. Sleep is as good as I can get it, diet is pretty clean. Sugar is mostly gone. I've kicked a lot of bad habits including caffeine, alcohol, cigarettes, gambling, too much of...

Thanks for the reply Lucky_Pizza. When did you first notice benefits, whether physical or mental? Any psychological differences? Anything you wish you knew three months ago?

    Thinking about GH - thoughts?

    I don't think IGF-1 is included, but I'll double-check.

    Thinking about GH - thoughts?

Hey all, About to take the plunge with growth hormone. Wanted to get some opinions before I order. I'm 36 years old, on 100mg test per week for the last 3 years. I'm looking at GH mostly for better sleep, more pep, sharper mind, and to keep muscle while cutting even more fat. Context: I went...

I was having anxiety about going to a local restaurant, because I know they only have booths. Maybe this med can help with that! Thanks
