    GLP-1 for life, ya'll?

I'm not even using it for weight loss anymore. I lost about 40 lbs and I'm happy where I'm at. But it's working with my cholesterol meds to keep me healthy so I can see my grandkids grow up. I had a heart attack at 42 even though I was in great shape. Genetics suck. This stuff is helping with...

    GLP-1 for life, ya'll?

Congrats!! 🎉 My A1C was 13.1! One year later, down 80lbs, size 18 to size 8! Now 145 lbs! This is a lifetime thing for me, alternating 2.5 and 5mg doses. Keeping it as low as possible since I'm 59 and don't want to increase unless I have to! We were meant to be here, just missing some GLP-1...

    GLP-1 for life, ya'll?

Huge congrats! This stuff is a game changer. I've struggled with weight since childhood. Nothing ever worked, not even surgery. Then I got diabetes and this med is finally working WITH my body instead of against it. Down over 100 lbs. It's amazing to hear stories like yours!

I love to see stuff like this! I have a goal of weighing less than my brother, he's around 220 right now and I'm at 235. It's gonna feel so good to beat him!

I heard the patent on Ozempic is expiring soon and generics will be available. That’s great and hopefully will drive cost down.

    Ozempic jitters?!

You look fantastic! I started on January 8th, and I've lost about 14 pounds so far. I was 245, and now I'm 231! It's definitely effective... my blood sugar is way better, and I haven't had any adverse reactions. No need to be scared of it at all. Oh, and I'm on a 0.5 mg dose.

Thanks everyone! ToneLady it took me about 7 months so far. The first few months were the fastest. Now it's like, a pound a week if I'm lucky. But I'll take it!

Cagri or Reta for fatigue on Tz?

Okay, so I'm not getting the results I want just pushing up on Tirz. Kinda plateaued. I'm really dragging, energy-wise. For those who've added either Cagrilintide or Retatrutide *with* Tirz, which did you choose, and how did it affect your energy levels? I am SO over being tired. I've tried B12...
