Hubby's mad about my Ozempic. Help!

I totally feel this The amount of work I put in before Ozempic was 1000x the effort I’m putting in right now. It drives me bonkers when people congratulate those who lose weight without it, like they are somehow 'better'.

Hubby's mad about my Ozempic. Help!

I know it's common on Reddit to tell people to dump their partners, especially knowing very little about the situation, but here are a few things to consider: 1. You're more social and connect easier with new people than he does 2. You earn more than he does 3. He's insecure and acting...

Hubby's mad about my Ozempic. Help!

Get a divorce. Someone who doesn’t support you becoming healthier just due to their insecurities doesn’t care about you the way you care about them. It's not acceptable. He doesn’t consider you an equal partner. You're a better parent than he is, and it sounds like you're tougher than he is...

    Patience is key, newbies!

People seem to forget that gaining weight isn't an overnight thing, so expecting to lose it that fast is unrealistic. I gained 20lbs over four years, and it's taken seven months to get rid of it. Now I'm working on another 20. As long as I'm not gaining, I'm good.

I've had good service using one of the other companies. Maybe give them a shot?

Cagri from Amo - anyone else trying it?

Shouldn't the solution with cargi be acidic?

    Tirz tops: Color matter?

I'd get it tested no matter what. I know some groups are trying to organize testing for the 15mg right now.

Cagri or Reta for fatigue on Tz?

Oh, interesting! I hadn't considered stacking CJC-1295 DAC with Ipamorelin. How does that combo work for you?

Cagri or Reta for fatigue on Tz?

I'm also thinking about trying the GLOW protocol soon. I saw an email for a Renew GHK-Cu package: 1 x GHK-Cu 100mg vial, 2 x BPC-157 5 mg vials, and 2 x TD-500 vials. How much of each should I inject daily? And how long would that package last if I did the 5 days on, 2 days off? I *think* I...

Down HUGE in 3 wks! 🤩

Congrats! That's an amazing change!! After the initial water loss, visceral fat is usually next to go and it's not always obvious. It's the fat around your organs and it's super dangerous. Your body will thank you big time.

    GLP-1s: Life Changing!

I started with light weights and bodyweight stuff to get my strength up a bit. Then gradually added more weight. Cardio's important too, but I focused on building a base of strength first.

    GLP-1s: Life Changing!

Not really, I got lucky. Some, but not as much as I expected. I think adding muscle helped a lot.

    GLP-1s: Life Changing!

Two years in! Hit my goal weight like a year back, my body completely reshaped, and I'm packing on muscle like crazy. Labs are perfect, rocking 1mg for maintenance, eating tons, feeling great. This has been an incredible reset! Never felt this strong or energetic. Started at 310, now chilling at...

Started 2.5mg, no side effects. Working?

I've noticed some interesting changes since starting this med. Right? I've also found I really don't care about alcohol at all anymore. I used to enjoy a glass of wine with dinner, but now I don't even think about it.
