Wow, I'm at 201, was 293 a year ago. Hoping to stay on track at my weigh-in this week. Kudos!

For those asking, I think it was the combination that worked. I had the surgery a while ago and was still struggling to lose weight and then I started a GLP-1 and things really took off.

I've heard that when restarting, some people don't see results right away until they reach the dose they were at before. Maybe you could move up a little faster than the usual schedule since your body is familiar with it? Just watch out for side effects!
