    Semi success: 1 year check-in

Way to go LMN_09! 38 is a fantastic accomplishment. It's awesome you're taking a gradual approach – I'm doing the same thing (down about 18 in half a year). You should be proud!

    Adipotide: Worth the Hype?

I'm curious, Leslie40, what is it about this peptide that's got you so interested? There are other options out there that don't carry such significant risks.

This is great. I'm stealing some of this! I'm always paranoid about disposal.

    Neat syringe disposal gadgets!

I have that clipper! I've barely used it, because I've mostly switched to pens. It'll probably take a lifetime to fill it up with how few syringes I use, but it's still a cool gizmo.

    Neat syringe disposal gadgets!

The one from Injectionshop is smaller than this other one. I like that it just holds the snipped-off needles. I've been recapping the syringes, and I'll keep doing that, but with this gadget, I won't need to worry if the cap comes off.

    Almost there! Need a boost!

I saw a reminder on Reddit about being mindful of portion sizes. Someone posted a picture to remind themselves how little food they need to feel full now. We don't need to eat the whole plate anymore! It's so true, I get bloated if I eat 'normal' portions now.

    Medicare & weight loss meds?

I did a cost-benefit analysis. While the medication itself is expensive, I'm actually saving money on groceries now since my appetite is so reduced. It kinda evens out.

    GLP-1s changed my life!

I'm down about 45lbs in 4 months, and the biggest thing I've noticed is how much EASIER it is to be active. I actually *want* to go for longer walks now. It's wild!
