2 years later - feeling great!

I've been on this ride for a while, and plateaus are inevitable. Don't get discouraged! Sometimes, a small dose increase or a dietary tweak can get things moving again. Just listen to your body!

    Ozempic: A new chapter!

I totally get the "seeing yourself" moment! I had one at Pilates last week. I was standing next to some very slender girls, and I realized my arms looked just as slim as the girl next to me. It was awesome!

    Down 60 lbs - My GLP-1 Story!

I agree with GastricEmpty. I've been on this journey for a while now. I didn't feel much until I got to a dose of 1mg. Now, it's been so helpful. My blood sugar went down a lot, and I've lost about 65 pounds. Prior to this, I was taking a lot of metformin and another med, but now I'm taking less...

2 years on MJ: My story!

It's so encouraging to read your story. You look wonderful! 😃Did you follow a specific diet? How did you handle holidays or vacations? I'm curious about managing those situations. Keto/Atkins was the only thing that worked before. Is it possible to have a 'normal' meal and then get back on...

2 years on MJ: My story!

Important Note: Although I haven't posted recently, I've shared a ton about my journey in older posts, detailing the process. I can't keep repeating those answers (it got exhausting, haha). Please check out my previous posts – I spent ages answering everything in detail if you want the specifics. ❤️

2 years on MJ: My story!

It was exactly 730 days ago when I gave myself that inaugural 2.5mg dose of Mounjaro. Thinking back, it's a flood of memories. The needle anxiety was real. The fear of adverse reactions, way beyond just tummy troubles, haunted me – blame it on past medical experiences. But the biggest fear? That...

Tirz... I think I goofed it up :(

I agree with Hank_2005, freezing might not be the best idea for long-term storage. I've heard it can degrade some peptides faster. I usually just keep mine in the fridge after reconstitution, and make sure to use it within a couple of months to be safe.

Tirz... I think I goofed it up :(

I have some from one source that don't have a vacuum seal. It still works though. I was kind of looking forward to the vacuum, just for the fun of watching it pull itself in. It's the little things…

Tirz... I think I goofed it up :(

Hey, don't sweat spraying the water at the powder. That won't ruin it.

    Ozempic for T1.5 - 40 gone!

It's crazy how much your body changes, isn't it? Sometimes I still reach for the biggest size when I'm shopping. It takes a while for your brain to catch up! You'll get there eventually!

Almost to goal weight!! So happy!

I've been on sema for over a year and it's been a journey. I've lost about 90 pounds. I also wear a CGM now to watch how foods affect me. This, plus hydration and some light exercise, has been key.
