    Down 93kg... Now what?!

You look fantastic, really stylish! I understand where you're coming from about stopping. If you've struggled with weight-related anxiety for years, losing weight might be a comfort. I know I'll have to make a tough choice and gain control over my eating at some point. It's worrying! But think...

    Finally made it to ONEderland!

I just had a DEXA done and muscle mass is solid for my frame. Low RMR shouldn't be an issue from muscle perspective. Hope it goes up soon - it's frustrating watching a buddy drop 15 with zero effort while my scale stays stuck.

    Reta sting - why?

Regarding refrigeration, the medication can be left out after the first use for a certain period, but refrigeration promotes stability. I advise my patients to keep it refrigerated to minimize any potential degradation.

    Reta sting - why?

Just did my first dose of Reta from my usual source, no sting, no problems, just less hunger and continued loss!

Can I mix my CJC and Ipa?

Trying to blend a 2mg semaglutide with 300mcg ipamorelin to get that mix right. Still working through the math on it.

Down 80lbs in less than a year!

Are you tracking your calories and macros? Sometimes you need to really dial it in to see the scale move. Also, are you drinking enough water? That can stall progress.

What did your diet look like while on semaglutide? Your results are impressive, congrats!

Pics are more motivating than the scale!

Really appreciate you pulling that together. Haven't seen many examples with actual science-backed research on the different peptides out there. Most of what's around seems to be anecdote or marketing.

Vial potency all over the place?

I've heard some doctors are looking into microdosing GLP-1s to minimize side effects. Makes sense to me, especially if you're sensitive to medications. Start super low and slow!

Vial potency all over the place?

Something else to think about: When vendors go to court, they mention how the vials are in amounts that match EL's doses (they work it to their advantage) - 10, 15, 20, 30 etc... So some vendors average the vials tested in the batch and put *that* on the labels - 28.4, 31.1, 11.6, etc.... to...

Tirz now or wait for Klow?

Thanks for the tip! Always good to have options, especially with the supply chain being so unpredictable lately.

Vial potency all over the place?

I wasn’t advising, I was saying what I do. And if the OP is worried about overfill, wouldn't lowering the dose slightly solve it? I know I'm not an expert, but I think meal-prep-pro and I are saying the same thing, essentially? Use the tested dose or use the stated dose for a potentially spicier...

Tirz now or wait for Klow?

Thank you for clarifying that! 🙂

Vial potency all over the place?

Just my two cents... when I start a new vial, I assume it's the dose stated on the label (if it says 15mg, I assume it's 15mg). When I figure out my dose, I go a little lower than I want. So, like, if I want 3mg per dose and that's, say, 30 units, I'd do like 26-28 units for the first dose and...

Tirz now or wait for Klow?

I've seen GHK-CU basic mentioned a few times, but I'm not clear on what it is. Is it just regular GHK-CU, or does it need to specifically say "basic"?

    Vortex mixers: Worth it?

Adding to ShapeCrew's point, the stability of reconstituted peptides is highly variable. Some are only stable for a few days at room temperature, while others can last a few weeks in the refrigerator. Always refer to the manufacturer's instructions or the compounding pharmacy's guidelines for...

Vial Testing - Any Alternatives Besides the Usual?

It's important to remember that even with a high purity report, other contaminants can be present. Endotoxins, for example, can cause severe reactions. Just because something is 'pure' doesn't automatically make it safe, especially when injecting substances.

Reta and Heart Rate: What's your experience?

When I switched over, I subbed 6mg tirz with 5mg reta for 2 weeks, then 6mg for 3 weeks, and I've been at 7mg for 3 weeks now.
