Food just ain't the same anymore?

It happened to me, too! I adored gummy bears, which were terrible for me. I can't stand the sugary taste now, and I'm grateful for it.

Didn't Feel Anything Right Away? Help!

It has only been a couple of days, Thin-Possible, so don't get discouraged! Everyone reacts differently. I started at 0.25mg for 3 months and immediately felt a huge drop in appetite. But even though I was eating half of what I used to, I didn't lose weight until I went to 0.5. Then, I lost...

Back on the wagon...wish me luck!

I've been trying to find some more information on Reta. It sounds super promising, but I'm having a hard time finding reliable sources. Do you know of any good studies I could look at?

    Super scared newb here lol

I'm traveling soon and my shot day lands right in the middle of the trip. I'm debating whether to do a half dose a day early to get me through, skip it entirely, or just take the full dose a day early. Ugh, the anxiety! Anyone else deal with this?

Food just ain't the same anymore?

I'm with you. I used to have such a sweet tooth, but sweets are totally unappealing now. Loved chips? Nope. Now, I mostly stick to chicken breast, salmon, beef, protein bars, baby carrots, and electrolyte drinks (I was a soda water addict). Zero desire for bubbly drinks now. Made fries for my...

    Super scared newb here lol

I'm not sure exactly how the units translate, but I've been taking 0.25ml since day one. Trying to drop about 20lbs, and so far, that small dose has been perfect for quieting the food noise. I'm not planning on increasing at all.

Down 100 lbs... Can you believe it?

There was a recent post where someone had to have an emergency appendectomy. Has anyone heard of GLP-1s causing appendicitis?

    Accidental IM injection?

Fair enough! I'm not sure if it's because of how much body fat we have or what, but I inject like 3 times a day sometimes, and inject my friend weekly, and I've never seen a drop of blood or leakage. I'd definitely consider using a longer needle if that was the case though.

You're glowing! Did you have any issues with side effects from the meds?

    Accidental IM injection?

Yes, I'm going to look into it after a surgery, heard a combo with Reta, TRT and other things combined with exercise would be good.

Down 100 lbs... Can you believe it?

It's so great to just have a normal relationship with food now, isn't it? I used to go crazy in the snack aisles. You look amazing!

    Down 140! After 2.5 yrs...

Thanks everyone! To answer the question I've gotten a few times, it was a slow and steady process. Lots of dietary changes and regular walks at first. Now I'm incorporating more serious exercise, weights and stuff. It's all about finding what works for you.

    Accidental IM injection?

I've thought about trt, but I'm going to get my levels checked first. I know AL offers it, but it is expensive.

    Accidental IM injection?

    Needles are cheap. You're nuts.

    New to GLP-1s! Feeling optimistic!

That sounds very odd. I would definitely contact the company directly. Don't trust random pop-ups.
