My wedding ring was getting tight before I started Mounjaro. Now it spins around and I need to get it resized! It's a good problem to have, lol.

Magnesium citrate is a lifesaver! I also found that drinking plenty of water and adding some fiber to my diet helps a lot with the constipation from these meds. It's a constant balancing act!

Reta gave me diarrhea for a bit, but it went away after a month or so. Tirz made me constipated, but I'm also on metformin so it evened out. I did get burps with Tirz, but that got better with time too. It really helped with cutting back on alcohol, which I appreciate. The worst part about Tirz...
