    Vacation & GLP-1s: A Cautionary Tale

I paused my dose once when traveling, thinking I'd get back to my old eating habits. Nope. Good news: I didn't gain any weight. I ate whatever looked good, but my appetite was way smaller.

Low T dose + GLP's: good or bad?

I never needed more than 5mg of my GLP. Started last Dec, hit my goal by summer (225 to 160). Maintaining at 5mg now and increasing my food intake, not the dose.

    Amo site kaput?

For Tadalafil, I've had the best luck dosing every other day. It stays in your system a long time so you don't need it daily, at least not for me. Start with 10mg and see how it goes.

    Amo site kaput?

DoseIRL709 When I started sema, I definitely noticed a change in my appetite within a few days. Some mild nausea too. If you felt nothing, it's likely underdosed or not the real deal. I also heard about bad versions floating around. It's so frustrating!
