    Thanks, MedRN! I'm doing .75/week right now, but the first few days I'm crazy nauseous. Then the last few days, no appetite suppression at all. I'm thinking I need to split the sema dose even by itself. Hopefully, adding Tirz will solve this and lead to less nausea.
