    Reta and teso together?

Hey guys, off topic a little but has anyone tried Kisspeptin-10 instead of HCG? I had to ditch HCG after dealing with cancer, and now my boys are looking sad. Hoping K-10 can help them get some size back. Thinking of doing 0.10ml daily, but I'm not getting it from a compounding pharmacy.

    Almost under 200 lbs!

I know what you mean RXPete. People can be weird about commenting on weight. Some people might not say anything even if they notice it.

    Down 60 Lbs This Year!

I saw another person say they lost 60lbs too, and even though they're bigger than me, it's wild how much a year can change you! They looked like they were 20 years younger!

    Hit a plateau... finally broken!

I've started only recording my weight when it's lower than the previous time. I see a steady decline, and I'm not stressing over minor fluctuations.

    Hit a plateau... finally broken!

I'm so relieved! After being stuck at the same weight for what felt like forever (since the fall), the scale is finally moving downwards again! I posted about this a while back, mentioning that I had lost 1/5 of my starting weight but was totally stalled. Looks like the changes I made are...

    Reta Phase 3 deets?

Be careful with this stuff, I heard some clinics are getting sued for how they compound it. Read this article: https://www.cnbc.com/2025/04/01/eli-lilly-sues-strive-and-empower-over-compounded-tirzepatide.html

Ozempic Journey - Body Image Issues?

You look great! I also struggle with body dysmorphia. I've lost almost 70 pounds, but I still have another 35 or so to go to just be in the overweight category.

Slow and Steady Wins the GLP-1 Race!

I feel you Nerdy_Go. I've done the rapid weight loss thing and it's just not sustainable. Much better to take your time and let your body adjust. I'm glad your doc recommended that approach.

Slow and Steady Wins the GLP-1 Race!

Great job! It can be tough when you're not seeing the same results as others. I've been on Ozempic since late '21 and I've lost around 50 pounds. I'm almost in the normal BMI range. Just keep going!
