Wegovy stalled after switch?

I changed from Zepbound to Wegovy a few months ago and haven't seen a huge difference on the scale. I've gradually increased the dose and am currently at 1.7mg, moving up to 2.4mg soon. Does Wegovy actually start to work at 2.4mg?
