    Just stop buying mystery BAC and the problem is solved. Or you can burn a few bills getting it tested and HOPE the next bottle is the same stuff. I'd rather just pay a little more for the reliable stuff.

    I am thinking about adding a protein shake to my diet. I have read a lot of people like including them. Do you guys find them helpful? I want to up my protein intake since I am eating so little. I am worried about bloating and stomach upset if I drink them though.

    I've basically been surviving on protein shakes in my coffee and light crackers since starting Ozempic three weeks ago. I'm not even interested in my favorite foods, except for chicken and rice once in a while. Oh, and I can handle a little ice cream at night. But that's it – no fried or junk food.
