Good question, Terry2008! I'm with Toni_10, perfect accuracy isn't really possible with this, and the dissolving makes it too complicated to adjust for. I was trying to crunch the numbers on this just for fun…but it's not easy finding the data! Even if could figure out the exact volume change...

Just a little tip: when you're mixing, let the BAC water gently drip down the side of the vial, especially if the vial seems to have negative pressure. It helps prevent damaging the peptide.

I try to keep my injection volume low, too. Less chance of pain or a bleb under the skin. But make sure the powder fully dissolves. If it's not dissolving, you'll need more diluent. Don't want to inject undissolved solids!
