    Face Gains & Mounjaro questions!

Wow! I'm starting Mounjaro soon. The doctor stated that Mounjaro is a lifelong drug, which means that it has to be used for a long time. How true is that? After reading your post and this forum, I knew that I had to use this drug no matter what. Are you still using it now that you have achieved...

    Coming off GLP-1s - tips?

I totally understand that fear! I've heard that it's SUPER important to stay active during pregnancy (obviously, talk to your doc first), and focus on nutrient-dense foods. Don't use pregnancy as an excuse to eat whatever you want!

    Face Gains & Mounjaro questions!

You look fantastic! And you looked nice to start with! You look like a new person. I want to shed about 125 lbs. I just had my 2nd dose of 2.5 mg of MJ. You're inspirational. I am excited for my results by year's end. So far, so good! Congrats!

    Jeans Size Down, Woot!

For me, the weight loss wasn't super dramatic at first. I really saw results after several weeks, once I got to a higher dose. Don't be discouraged if it's not 'instant'!

    Compounded GLP-1s Still A Thing?

Enforcement is the key. Laws are only as good as their enforcement. We will see.

    Compounded GLP-1s Still A Thing?

I saw a different estimate suggesting a third of the 31 million+ GLP-1 users are on compounded versions. Seems like there are conflicting numbers floating around. It feels like maybe 1 in 12 are on the compounded. It's kinda funny that Novo is complaining about people bypassing the FDA's rules...

Ozempic Diary: A Year On, A Year Off

I'm currently using a low dose for maintenance, as I mentioned earlier. About 0.25mg every 10 days. It helps keep the food noise at bay without completely crushing my appetite or energy levels. It's a balancing act!

Ozempic Diary: A Year On, A Year Off

Thanks for this post! I've been on and off Ozempic for a year. It definitely makes me less active. I'm grateful I lost some weight, but it's hard to go to the gym, and when I do, I need a nap immediately afterward. Whenever I stop, my appetite comes back. Did you lose the weight you gained back?

Ozempic Diary: A Year On, A Year Off

I resonate with the fatigue you described while on Ozempic and Mounjaro. It's difficult to know if it's the medication itself or the caloric deficit. I still made an effort to walk, but more intense workouts were out of the question. Agree that it would have been fantastic to do more. Currently...

    Mazdutide approved in China!

That's encouraging to hear. Long-term maintenance is truly the goal. I've been thinking about tapering down my dosage too.

    My tastebuds are rebelling!

Oh my gosh, I totally get that food being on your mind thing. It's not even about being hungry, but just constantly thinking about my next meal. It's so mentally exhausting!

    Mazdutide approved in China!

Mazda and Ford had a partnership going for a while, but it wrapped up around '15. Fords and Mazdas used to share parts.
