    One year down, feeling good!

Thanks everyone! Brook I'm in my late 30s. Are you incorporating any strength training? I've heard that can help with skin elasticity.

    One year down, feeling good!

GLOW90 trial run, wish me luck!

I'm also researching other peptides, has anyone here tried PT-141? I've read it can help with energy, but also with libido. I'm curious about the side effects, though. I saw someone mention nausea and muscle soreness. That's a potential deal breaker for me!

How to vet GLP-1 vendors safely

As someone in healthcare, I want to strongly reinforce the section on when to seek medical care. High fever, severe abdominal pain, and inability to keep fluids down for multiple days are not "tough it out" situations. Dehydration alone can become dangerous quickly. I would also caution...

    Staying slim after GLP-1s?

For those who have successfully tapered off GLP-1s, how did you manage the appetite rebound? Did you find any specific strategies particularly helpful?

    Staying slim after GLP-1s?

Like others have said, it's about calories in vs calories out. If you've managed to change your eating habits while on the medication, you have a better chance of keeping the weight off. It's not a given, but it's possible!
