    I'm down almost 90 pounds. I also haven't changed my habits, other than eating way less. I eat the same stuff as before, just smaller portions. The meds definitely seem to be doing the work for me. I used to crave junk all the time, now it's background noise.

    Chris02, it depends where you are, but Wegovy goes higher, up to 2.4mg. They're both semaglutide, just marketed differently. Check with your doc!
