You look great! Good job!
Give the breasts time to settle. I was scared after my surgery. They looked so tiny. It took about 6 months for the skin to relax. I also had numbness for months, but it came back.
Lipo can be a hit or miss. I had mine done on my waist and back in 2006, and it still...
So, Novo Nordisk said, "We're looking into it!" but then they also said it's probably just rubber from the vial and everything's cool. No refunds, though, because the FDA didn't use the *right* test. Sounds legit...
Ozempic helps control how much we eat. I drink warm lemon/honey water in the morning. Then fruit and nuts, sometimes bread with yogurt and avocado for breakfast. I try to stick to a healthy diet during the day. Ginger tea and anti-nausea pills for the nausea.
I noticed that beef and greasy or spicy foods don't agree with my stomach anymore.
Switched to fish mostly and my side effects went away. It made me rethink my diet, that's for sure!
I've dropped almost 30lbs since last November but have been stuck at the same weight for like 2 months now. Did you stall at any point in your journey, Juice-Pal? And if so, how long were they before the weight started coming off again?
Yeah, that wasn't my original idea, but it looks like it should be the most reliable way to measure. You can also check multiple doses without wasting anything by pushing the water back into the cartridge using the syringe.
When you get it, you should give it a test run (I only tested one of mine, and then just hoped for the best with the rest of 'em). You'll need an insulin syringe, some water, and the pen itself.
A big pharma company makes empty vials, you can find them on some online medical suppliers.
I have the big 10 mL vials:

Not sure about other sizes though.
