Wow, what a difference a year makes! I definitely wasn't expecting to gain weight in '24, but I was feeling heavy and uncomfortable. Getting around was a real chore. Last night, though, I was able to get into an outfit that I hadn't been able to wear for ages!

It's my favorite side effect too. I can sleep so much better, and I have a favorite blanket now. But it's not quite as bad as when I first started.

Has anyone tried any other peptide alongside these meds to help counteract the coldness? I'm only a month into semaglutide and haven't gotten the chills yet, but I usually get cold easily in the winter. I'm wondering if it would help with heat.
