Best way to keep Reta good?

Cooler is definitely better for longer storage. As for mixing, being precise is ideal, but a small variance usually won't drastically impact the dose. Use a peptide calculator to be sure.

Best way to keep Reta good?

I agree with keeping it away from sunlight. Even at room temperature, peptides degrade over time, though, so refrigeration is still preferable if you're not using it quickly. I've seen studies showing significant degradation after even a few months at higher temperatures.

    Reta and teso together?

Just wanted to give a quick update for Big_Tony_NJ. I've been trying the K-10 for about two weeks now, so far, nothing huge. I don't see any improvement in size. But the dull ache is gone, and things have dropped a bit. They were riding 'high and tight' since I stopped HCG, which was uncomfortable.

    Reta and teso together?

I thought this thread was about tesamorelin at first. I don't know about Teso. But I think 0.75mg of tesa, 5 days on and 2 days off, seems to be doing something for me. My scale says my visceral fat is down about 2 points since last month. Who knows how accurate that is, but I'll take the win.

For all the success stories: are you also incorporating exercise? Or is it purely the medication?

    Ozempic + Fasting: My Journey

I got a pre-diabetes diagnosis last year. I tried intermittent fasting this year, but it was a struggle only eating once daily. Recently, I started ozempic, which helped initially. Now I'm switching to munjaro and continuing my one-meal-a-day fasting. I wanted to give an update after my first...

Coming off GLP-1 meds... anyone else?

Congrats to those who made it to maintenance! I saw a post where someone mentioned that restarting after a pause needs a gradual titration. Something to keep in mind, Witty_Quest

Coming off GLP-1 meds... anyone else?

I don’t want to deal with constant food cravings or fight a battle I’m going to lose. I’m planning on staying on a maintenance dose indefinitely. And yes, I eat healthy, exercise consistently, and I'm a responsible adult. At 64, if I could maintain my weight without medication, I would have...

    Down 200+ pounds!

I've been on a similar journey, though not quite as dramatic a loss. Started at 375, now I'm around 310. Goal is under 225. It's been a process, but feeling much better. Started my GLP-1 journey in January.
