    Sema Journey: Six Months In!

Hey A1C_Warrior, I try to get at least 80g of protein every day. It's hard sometimes! I'm using protein shakes to supplement when I can't eat enough solid food. Maybe try that?

    Sema Journey: Six Months In!

From September to now - I've shed about 40 pounds! I managed the first 15 all on my own, then started semaglutide in January. I weighed about 225 and now I'm down to 185. I'm hoping to lose another 5-10 pounds, but honestly, I'm really happy where I am right now. I used to be a CrossFit...

Down 35 lbs in 3 Months - Sharing My Journey!

Also consider intermittent fasting (IF) if you want to further reduce body fat. Many people find 16:8 or 20:4 schedules manageable. Check with your doctor first, especially if you have any existing medical conditions.

    Partner blabbing my meds!

It's possible she feels superior because she lost weight the 'natural' way, or she's heard some scary stories about GLP-1s and is worried. People can be weird about weight loss, especially when meds are involved.

    Partner blabbing my meds!

If you have to beg someone to keep your medical info private, that's a form of abuse. They're using your weight and health against you. He's an adult, he should know better. If he can't control himself, he shouldn't be in a relationship. He's basically telling you he can't be trusted, which is a...

My brother is the same way, he can't keep a secret to save his life. I've learned to keep things from him.

Retatrutide storage: am I doing this right?

Hey Heal_Strong, to make the math easy for your GHRP2, if you add 7.5mL of bac water to the 15mg vial, then each 1.0 mL will have 2000mcg, 0.5 mL will have 1000mcg, and 0.05mL will have 100mcg. That tiny dose would be 50 units on a regular 1mL syringe, which can be hard to measure. So, using a...

Retatrutide storage: am I doing this right?

I was talking to someone about doing a freeze/thaw test for reta, sema, and cagrilintide too. I'll probably suggest reta as a test subject when my current study progresses.

GLP-1 progress - scale moving but me?

This is great advice. Also, sometimes the scale isn't the best indicator. Body recomposition is real. You might not lose pounds, but you could be building muscle and losing fat, which changes your shape even if the number stays the same.

Retatrutide storage: am I doing this right?

I'd stash most of your unmixed vials in the freezer. People debate whether the defrosting freezers mess with things, so you could put them in a cooler bag with a cold pack just in case. I'd mix maybe four vials at a time and keep them in the fridge for easy use. Most people figure they're good...
