Reta and the hiccups from hell!

I get what you mean about the anxiety, Wild-Chick. I felt kinda wired when I first started. It went away after a week or two, though.

Reta and the hiccups from hell!

I get them too! Not as much now. They're loud and deep, like you said, and they can hurt. I think it's worse if I eat too fast. I figure it's just my digestion not liking the GLP. Holding my breath is the only thing that helps. Sometimes it takes a few tries, but if I can get a good deep...

Before pics: cringe now, celebrate later!

I'm using an online service too. My insurance also wouldn't cover it. It's definitely scary picking one! I just went with one that had good reviews and seemed to have real doctors.

    Collagen & GLP-1s: Worth it?

I've spent a lot of time looking into this. AI chatbots are really helpful for researching supplement interactions. Anyone else feel this way about weight loss?

I want this so badly it hurts. I'm devastated that I lost my good job, and my current job's insurance won't cover the medication. I just want to look down and not hate my stomach.

Anyone else feel this way about weight loss?

So many of us are silently fighting battles with food, our bodies, and the pain of being bullied. Your post shines a light and reminds us we aren't alone. And that swimsuit photo? It's not just a snapshot... it's a symbol of victory, healing, and taking back your life.

Ugh, my prescription isn't covered anymore, and I can't afford the brand name. Down 40lbs, 20 more to go. Hoping for results like yours!

Back/hip pain on Tirz - anyone else?

Arthritis is a real possibility, and staying active helps me keep from getting too stiff. I've also heard of BPC-157 or TB-500 for pain, but I haven't tried them myself.
