Doc said Ozempic made me look older 😭

I think it's pretty normal for doctors to include notes like “appears to be the age stated”. I just assume it's protocol. I always hope they'll write something like, “Patient looks incredibly radiant and youthful - what's her secret?” But no such luck yet. 🤣 And I like to think I look decent for...

Doc said Ozempic made me look older 😭

My favorite note in my file was after a minor surgery a while back: "Patient presents as a chubby male in his late 20s". I was 29 at the time. So polite!

    Hit my goal! Feeling amazing!

I finally reached my 100 lb down mark this past month and honestly, I'm beaming. Took myself out for a fancy dinner and felt absolutely incredible. It's more than just the weight, though... the mental shift is the real victory. I feel so free! 🥰

    sketchy bac water?

I saw the interview with Dr. Jake. He said Europe uses sterile water instead of bacteriostatic water because of benzyl alcohol reactions. But US hospitals give meds in 1-2 days, not refrigerated for a month.

    Halfway to the new me!

Congrats on your progress so far. You may need to see a dermatologist for advice. I have heard of some people doing arm exercises to try and tighten the skin. There are also medical procedures but they are expensive.

    GLP-1's making food...unappealing?

I totally agree with LabCrew about people thinking it's 'cheating'. Like, are we in some weight loss competition I didn't know about? People don't realize meds are just another tool. Like glasses for your eyes. It helps you see better, but you still have to actually *look* at things. I've just...
