Getting close now, just about 10 pounds away from the finish line. Thinking once I hit it I might dial back to every other week at 2.5 or maybe 1.25 weekly and see what holds.

Over 8 months in and finally seeing real change. Started at 90kg, down to 57kg (33kg gone) at 152cm. Ozempic's been a game changer for my pcos symptoms, so I'm thinking about pushing a bit further before I maintain.

For those of you who have had to stop because of surgery, how did that go? Someone posted about how they're 9 days post-op from plastic surgery and had to stop their shots a week or two before. They gained almost 20 lbs! They also said that restarting their meds really helped calm them down.
