    Staying slim after GLP-1s?

I had to discontinue Ozempic after half a year. Eating roughly the same amount now and really hoping I can maintain my current weight. Heard some people say you could be on a super restrictive diet and STILL pack the pounds back on? Seems like as long as I monitor my calorie intake, I should be ok?

    QSC Reta - Black Tops?

My rep told me "The top color doesn't mean anything about the product." - Is that true?

    QSC Reta - Black Tops?

This isn't some social media site. No need for DMs and no need to pretend you have a prescription when you're just buying this stuff yourself. Almost all the overseas suppliers don't use standard shopping cart websites. ASC might have one, but you don't actually place orders through it. You get...

    GLP-1 injection technique FAQ

I've been on GLP-1s long enough to see the same injection questions come up over and over: burning, bruising, "did I hit a vein?", "why does this spot work better?", click-count confusion, and whether location actually changes results. This thread pulls together what we've collectively learned...

Bloodwork on GLP-1s: what to check

One thing I would add for long haulers (I am 3+ years in): keep checking even when everything looks perfect. My A1C has been in the 5s for a long time now, but I still test every 6 months. This is a chronic condition for most of us. The medication levels the playing field, but the monitoring...

Sema Side Effects - Any Way to Dodge Them?

Are you sure about that? From what I understand, it takes 4-5 weeks to reach a steady level in your system, not 'peak concentration'. Peak is probably within a day or two. And I thought the side effects usually get weaker over time, not stronger. If I'm wrong, can you post a source?

Sema Side Effects - Any Way to Dodge Them?

It takes almost a month and a half to reach max levels at a given dose. Don't expect anything major this early. I took Phentermine with it and it was fine. I'm switching off Ozempic to Trizepatide now because the pharmacy is saying they won't have the 2mg dose again until November.
