    So nervous to start sema!

Adding to what Thin_Pal said, it's always wise to confirm dosages with your provider. Starting low can help minimize side effects. Monitor yourself closely, and stay hydrated.

    Ozempic kicking in LATE?

I totally get that. It's easy to get discouraged when you're not seeing the results you expect. Try taking some progress pics! Sometimes the scale doesn't tell the whole story.

    Ozempic kicking in LATE?

I dropped maybe 5 pounds when I first started at a low dose and then nothing for what felt like forever as I went up in dosage. I only started seeing consistent results of about 2-3 pounds each week at 1mg after nearly giving up! I workout pretty regularly, so I was pretty bummed out initially...

    So nervous to start sema!

I was also really nervous at first. I chose to start at .1mg (half of the recommended dose). I noticed a reduction in food cravings. I also felt like I was on the right path. My side effects have been minor, and haven't kept me from working.

Tirz insomnia--is it what's added to it?

I've observed that insomnia only happens if I've had a bit of alcohol. Even half a beer is enough to mess me up. I know I'll wake up after like 2 hours of sleep and not be able to get back to dreamland.

How long is YOUR bac water good for?

Adding extra benzyl alcohol seems a bit risky without knowing the exact concentration. It's crucial to maintain the correct ratio for safe use.

    Halfway to my goal weight!

Have your dosages changed over time? Did you hit the max dose early on and stay there, or did you reduce it eventually? Also, congrats on the success, I'm sure it wasn't a cakewalk!

NAD+ can have some interesting effects. It's good that you're monitoring your blood pressure, Lucky_xo455. Keep an eye out for any side effects and be sure to discuss this with your doctor, especially considering your existing medication.

Switching from Tirz to Reta...worth trying?

I haven't used Tirz, but had similar issues with CagriSema a while back. How's your water and fiber intake? Is your diet good? Are you exercising? There are a lot of things that can cause what you're going through before you switch meds. Like Clean_Journey said, maybe just try a small amount of...

    It's my Ozempiversary!

What an amazing 365 days it's been! Today marks my first year using GLP-1s, and I'm through the roof happy. I've still got around 20 lbs to go, but I'm getting there. In the meantime, I'm feeling fantastic! For reference, I'm 68, started at 238, currently 174, and stand 5' 7".

    Mazdutide: Retatrutide's cousin?

TMC is supposedly no longer making Tesa according to my clinic. They are getting it from somewhere else now. Since the restrictions on peptides 44 AA and above are now in place, this is likely what happened. Probably won't be able to compound it further.
