    Thinking about GH - thoughts?

GH on active Reta means fat-loss overlap - the sleep and recovery benefit is the most consistent standalone upside.

    GLP-1 cost analysis?

Batch reconstituting and freezing aliquots is one of the most underrated cost controls - the per-dose math improves significantly when you're not losing product to partial vials.

    Anyone else CRUSHING it?!

Keeping it private is more common than people admit. Healthcare decisions don't need to be public. The questions from acquaintances add noise without value.

    GLP-1s killin' my wallet!

Hey there! I've found success with one of those online telehealth providers. You fill out your info, get approved by a doctor, and they send the medication right to you. I think it was around $80/month when I started, and is now $150/month.

I think it's been talked about here before. Search for it; you'll probably find some threads.

    Inflammation and joint pain help?

Interesting. I figured you'd see significant inflammation relief at that dose. Maybe look into the Wolverine stack and KPV. I think KPV helped, and I used it every day for a couple months. You could also look at Cartalax for cartilage stuff, but some effects kinda made me stop looking into it...

    Inflammation and joint pain help?

What's your tirz dose? I saw a big change when I upped my Reta to around 4mg a week, and now I don't even need the allopurinol. But that's just me.

    Inflammation and joint pain help?

Check out KPV too. It seemed to help reduce my tophi, and so did Reta.

GLP-1s: Worth it for smaller weight loss?

The big question is: what happens if you reach your ideal weight, then stop taking it and gain all the weight back?

This med's a total game changer!

Life altering—that's exactly what I said to my doctor. I've lost 42 lbs, and I can keep up with my workout routine, I don't crave sugar or salty snacks, my A1C took a nosedive downwards and my cholesterol dropped from 225 to 180. I could never keep any of this up before because of my thyroid...

What happens when you STOP GLP-1s?

I saw a post from someone who lost a bunch of weight -- down to 125 from 178 -- then gained back to 141 after stopping. But they said they actually felt *great*! They intentionally stopped at a lower weight knowing there might be a rebound. Maybe that's the way to do it?

What happens when you STOP GLP-1s?

I've stopped twice now 'cause it made me too weak. I gained a few pounds back, mostly 'cause I was overeating. I don't think the cravings are worse than before. It's just psychological; if you know you're stopping, you might wanna eat more. There's a psychological thing with this drug. It kinda...
