    Injector pens, who's using 'em?

Can someone recommend a good venting needle to use?

    Injector pens, who's using 'em?

That's a fair question LBM_hacker. I honestly wanted to try it, and getting new supplies gives me a pleasant feeling!

    Injector pens, who's using 'em?

Thanks guys! If I put 1ml in the pen, then 25 clicks will dispense a quarter because 1ml is 100 units. It makes way more sense now. I don't know what I was thinking before haha.

    Injector pens, who's using 'em?

I'm planning on putting 10mg in the pen, and want a dose of 2.5mg weekly. I'm just confused since UK pens seem to require 60 clicks for each injection.

    Injector pens, who's using 'em?

I just ordered an ergo 2. How do you like it? Also, if I want to inject a quarter of the total volume, is that 15 or 60 clicks?

Skin, Hair & GLP-1 Reality Check

The part about being grateful AND insecure… that got me. I'm 44, down 60 lbs, and my face absolutely looks older. But I can run up stairs now. I'll take the laugh lines. Also seconding red light for neck texture. Not a facelift, but mine looks less crepey after a few months. Could be...

    Am I a GLP-1 fraud?

Cried in a store today... Happy tears!

Without all that mental clutter it's wild. I was looking at my husband and kids thinking, is this how it is for regular people? Got emotional about that. Being proud of something you were ashamed of before is amazing. So happy for you! You're killing it!

Reta peeps - where do you get yours?

Has anyone tried peptides from East Coast companies? Are they generally reliable? I saw some appealing prices, but I'm a little wary.

    Don't tell people I'm on a GLP-1 🤪

My daughter mentioned feeling tired in the first few months, but it got better. She says she's sleeping more, eating more protein, and working out at the gym about 4 times a week. Maybe try that?

    Don't tell people I'm on a GLP-1 🤪

I'm here because my daughter's been on a GLP-1 for a year now. I'm lucky; I only eat when I'm hungry, stop when I'm full, and don't obsess over food. Maintaining a healthy weight has been easy for me. My daughter, though, struggled since she was a toddler. She was always hungry, constantly...

I'm no longer considered obese! 🎉

That's amazing. I'm kinda starting down a similar road, but without surgery. I've been stuck between 230 and 240 for the last year or so, and I was in the 160s back in '16. That's where I need to be. I started the meds about two weeks ago when my A1c was 7.4. Good to hear things are working out...
