WTF are we gonna use for bac water now?

Just a reminder, everyone: medications like Mounjaro have a pretty long half-life. Even if you miss a dose or two because of the shortage, it takes a while to completely clear your system.

WTF are we gonna use for bac water now?

How uptight are we gonna get about harm reduction? It's like everything is so restricted now you can't even breathe. Some of these forums have like a million rules.

Ozempic's workin', but what to eat?

I agree with Carbonated drinks might be a trigger for reflux or discomfort for some people on these meds. Pay attention to your body!

Ozempic's workin', but what to eat?

I used my reduced appetite as an opportunity. I made a food routine and schedule. I think I've made healthy habits that will stay with me after I stop using Wegovy. Almost at my target weight, and my doctor doesn't think I need to be on this forever.

WTF are we gonna use for bac water now?

So, now that you need a script to buy bac water, what's everyone planning to do once their stash runs out? I stocked up a bit, hoping it would last a year or so, but then what? I don't want to shell out a fortune for single vials. Should I grab another case before July, even if it expires before...

    Same shorts...but a new me!

What did you do besides medication to lose the weight? I am not losing at all.

Ozempic's workin', but what to eat?

I learned that the hard way too! Maybe it was mentioned by my doctor but I don't remember. The way you eat changes big time. Fried or super processed foods gave me terrible gas, made me throw up and just made me feel bad.

Sema maintenance after 1 yr - success!

You look great!!! I'm a bit confused by your description though. Are you still on the minimal dose, or did you go through the dose increases and now are on a maintenance dose?? I'm not trying to be nosy, just curious. You look fabulous though! 🧡

    10 Months In... Still Truckin'!

So inspiring, and it's clear you've worked hard! I've been on for 9 months and have only lost around 20lbs, and most of that was in the first 60 days. But seeing people who've succeeded so impressively is motivating – thank you for posting!

    Ozempic 2nd time's not a charm?

It's not uncommon at all. A study compared first-time users to those restarting, and the first-timers tended to lose more.

    Down 200+ pounds!

I lost about 60 pounds myself, and yeah, the body dysmorphia is REAL. I still buy clothes that are too big. This group is a great place to share stories and support each other.

Reta batch testing - worth it?

Yes, research peptides are used by some people, BellyFlat. From a medical perspective, the lack of regulation in this area is concerning, which is why it's so important to do your homework and be very careful about sourcing and testing. Always weigh the potential risks and benefits before...
