    Reta & Mood Swings?

Emotional blunting tends to be dose-dependent and most common in the first few weeks of a new dose level.

Just started Reta - questions and initial thoughts

Reconstituted Reta refrigerated for up to 28 days. First dose appetite effect is real.

Sema's over for me - crazy side effects!

The mood change side effect on sema is underreported relative to the GI ones, but it's a recognized pattern - the GLP-1 receptor presence in the brain means some people get appetite suppression and some people get mood dysregulation, and it's not always predictable in advance. Stopping because...

Starting sema - will 0.25 do anything?

Wow, hearing all these stories makes me feel better about starting. I'm hoping for at least *some* change on 0.25, even if it's just appetite control. Thanks everyone!

Starting sema - will 0.25 do anything?

I guess it depends on how much you need to lose. I started at that dose and have been on it for about a month and a half. I've lost almost 10 pounds. I'm going to continue at this dose until I stop losing.

Starting sema - will 0.25 do anything?

Is 0.25mg a good starting point? I'm planning to start it, but I'm unsure about the dosage. Will 4 weeks at 0.25mg have any effect? Will I see any difference at all?

Anyone else keeping it a secret?

Maybe get your vitamins checked, PipNotes? Low energy + feeling down could be a deficiency.

Anyone else keeping it a secret?

I'm open about using Mounjaro if people ask. I've lost a lot of weight and have other health benefits. I don't want to downplay my success and make my friends feel bad. Also, I want to help reduce the stigma around GLP-1s. It's just another med, like working out, it's a tool to improve my life...

Anyone else keeping it a secret?

I started three years ago. A friend helped me with the injections at first. Otherwise, I don't talk about it. I don't discuss any of my meds with people. It's not their business.

    Ozempic kicking in LATE?

Thanks Wise_Gal320 and GeneProgress, that's encouraging to hear! I'm hoping that once I get to 1mg, things will turn around. It's just hard to stay motivated right now.

    Ozempic kicking in LATE?

Has anyone had barely any change for weeks, and then it finally started working? I'm almost 2 months in, hoping it will eventually do something! The nausea isn't too bad, but being tired and not losing any weight is making me second guess this whole thing. Just looking for a little hope!

    Anyone still rockin' PayPal?

I'm pretty new to peptides, so I've never tried them, but someone on another forum mentioned it. Anyone know if peptidegurus is a good option?

    Anyone still rockin' PayPal?

I heard one place got their PP frozen up Sunday. No idea why or how long. Hoping they can get it back!

    Anyone still rockin' PayPal?

Yeah, the Bitcoin rollercoaster is too much rn. Not the place to stash cash for peptides!

    Anyone still rockin' PayPal?

I've seen lots of places start out with PayPal, only to ditch it a little while later when PayPal gives them grief. It's just too much hassle for them to deal with. I know of a peptide chat area online where like 20 places take bank transfers or pp but i cannot say it here. It's tough to tell...

    Tessamorelin rebound?

Good question, JerseyGirl82. I looked it up. Visceral fat isn't always above muscle; it's actually the opposite in the abdominal area. It's found deep inside your abdomen, around your organs, beneath your abdominal muscles. Subcutaneous fat is just under the skin and above the muscles -- the...
