    Tirz almost completely killed my desire to drink. I've been a heavy drinker sometimes, and completely sober other times. This feels like a different thing. I just don't want it, and the bottles have been there for months!

    I agree with Clean-Gang, checking out a support group can't hurt. You were drinking a lot, so there's a reason behind it. Reta and those kinds of meds could help, but don't swap it for something else, and figure out how to deal with those feelings when you stop taking them.

    Forget the pop-up providers. If you use a compound pharmacy, have your PCP send a script to the pharmacy directly. It will be cheaper. Mine sends to a tiny 503A one and I'm ok with it.

    Correct. And I will stick to my advice to avoid the sketchy places and use reputable 503B pharmacies.

    Big NO on that one. That 'doctor' and 'pharmacy' are just trying to make $$$ by buying research vials, mixing them up, and sending them out. They're a 503A pharmacy with lower standards. Think of your local pharmacy mixing it up on the counter instead of a sterile lab. It's safer to buy vials...
