It was too sweet for me and had a weird aftertaste. I'll stick with regular cereal, oatmeal, or protein shakes.

This gives me hope. I really hate the back of my neck because of the dark spots and skin folds.

I've also heard about people tracking injection sites to see if they reduce side effects. I wonder if there is a sweet spot that helps with nausea vs apetite.

I had a terrible ISR to NAD+, and some others reported the same. Now I react to everything. I bought a cheap "compare to Benadryl" spray from Dollar General, spray the area after using alcohol, and it has helped a lot.
