    Sema Success: My Experience

That's a great resource, Desert-Diva! It's so important to get enough protein, especially as we get older. Studies show whey protein is great for muscle building. I saw a study that showed whey, but not collagen, is effective for muscle protein synthesis.

Oops! Messed up my 4mg dose 🤦‍♀️

Quick question for Jules2006: Why do you do the 1mg injections instead of just using a smaller pen? Seems like a lot of fluid to inject twice. Or is the higher dose pen not available where you are?

    Sema Success: My Experience

Congratulations on your success, Aunt_Becca! Just wanted to add that I generally eat foods I enjoy, making sure it lines up with my calorie goals. I make sure to get my protein, but if I want ranch dressing, I measure out a serving and account for it in my app. I don't like Italian or the...

Ozempic face - is it real?

Huge congrats! You look incredible!! Spill your Ozempic secrets! I started Ozempic around the beginning of April and I've dropped about 28 pounds… I'm focusing on protein with fewer carbs, plus plenty of water and daily walks… just had my fifth dose of 1.0… my doctor wants me to continue at...

    Mounjaro making me crazy?

I think it's probably just hunger too. I've been more irritable lately, and having a small snack when I feel that way seems to help.

    Major rash from my shot?!

I came across something that might be helpful for anyone starting one of these meds. I saw someone mention that it takes about a month for the medication to reach its peak concentration in your system. So, reactions or side effects might show up around that 30-40 day mark, not immediately after...

    Ozempic and the disappearing booty?

I've heard the emotional impact after skin removal can be intense. It's something to prepare for mentally as well as physically.

    Major rash from my shot?!

Oh my goodness, I haven't heard of that happening, but it looks miserable, and I hope it gets better soon! I can relate to the problems with overeating and how helpful Mounjaro can be, so I hope you can safely get back on it or find another option. 💛

    Ozempic and the disappearing booty?

I never really had one to begin with, and what little I had is long gone. I work out twice a day, every day, and it hasn't come back. Maybe look into a BBL?

    GLP-1 Plateau - Anyone Else?

I've been on Ozempic for over 5 years now, and honestly, I've gained more weight than I've lost. I'm on the highest dose, and I'm still hungry all the time. I get Ozempic because I'm diabetic, and it's fantastic for that. But for weight loss, not so much.

    Ozempic and the disappearing booty?

Try adding a creatine supplement to your regimen and incorporate squats and lunges.

New KwikPens - no extra dose!

A red spot occasionally happens to some people. It could be a reaction to the drug or the metal in the needle. If it's just a red spot and you don't have shortness of breath or swelling, I would not be concerned. You could try applying some hydrocortisone cream.

Reta, BPC, and Tesa – anyone tried this combo?

To follow up on Calorie_Cake's concern, there are some potential lab tests to assess testicular function, including LH, FSH, and testosterone levels. An endocrinologist could help interpret those results in the context of your TRT and nandrolone use.

New KwikPens - no extra dose!

Am I missing something? What stops us from extracting the extra with another syringe? Or is there just no extra anymore?

Brain catching up to new you?

I can relate. It's been almost 3 years and around 90 pounds gone, with the final 30 going very slowly. I was packing to move and kept thinking the medium-sized clothes looked tiny. But that *is* my size now. The distorted self-perception is real some days. I try to stay neutral about my body...
