    Down 90lbs! Happy tears!!

Well done! You've earned this. Enjoy your success and remember this feeling. I'm curious how the switch to the other med works out for you. Keep up the great work.

Aozuo - Anyone Heard Of 'Em?

Most of these peptides aren't actually FDA approved. The important thing is that they use reputable compounding pharmacies. That should mean better quality control than random online vendors, even if it costs more.

Ozempic, weight loss, and feeling off?

I was also pretty thin before I gained the weight that led me to Ozempic, so I get how you feel about not looking like you used to, Lil_Great. Please be nice to yourself. Our bodies go through so much, and they're always ready for whatever's coming. Sometimes, what we face leaves us changed, but...

Yeah, you make small talk first to irritate the introverts [emoji: grinning face]

Aozuo - Anyone Heard Of 'Em?

Yeah, that's not a great sign. Lots of unknown vendors advertise on social media or wholesale sites with practically zero track record. Even a spotty record is better than no record when dealing with crypto.

Ozempic, weight loss, and feeling off?

When I got close to my target weight, I felt super down about my loose skin (especially on my chest). It was frustrating because I worked so hard to change my body, but this... there wasn't much I could do. It was really demoralizing. Therapy helped a lot, and so did building muscle at the gym...

    My clothes are fitting better!

It took me about 10 months, data-driven. I also had my doctor check my vitamin levels, because someone else said they had deficiencies. I had low B6, sodium, and protein.

    My clothes are fitting better!

Congratulations! I would hold off on buying a lot of new clothes. I got a new pair of pants, and they only fit for a couple of weeks before they were too big. Just wear leggings until you plateau. I started at an L/XL and now I am an S. Just wait!

Scale victory! Down almost 40 lbs!

It's amazing how much difference even a relatively small amount of weight loss can make to your health. Keep up the great work prioritizing the good stuff. I find it's all about protein shakes now!

What dosage were you taking when you hit your plateau?

Scale victory! Down almost 40 lbs!

Thanks for sharing your story! You're inspiring me. I struggle most with the healthy eating - water, protein, good fats, limiting carbs! You rock!

    Hit a plateau... finally broken!

I'm in month three of a weight loss stall after dropping over 130 pounds. I was starting to think this was as far as I could go. I switched to Tirzepatide a month and a half ago, but I'm still stuck. However, I've also been concentrating on protein and started resistance training last month...

    Plateau at 7.5mg... now what?

I just use tums; it always works. Too many tums can cause constipation, so I also keep Miralax on hand.

    Plateau at 7.5mg... now what?

Have you tried combining medications? I would add something else gradually while staying at 5mg tirze. Start slow with the other med, as some people get side effects. I didn't. Maybe start at 0.25mg the first week, then 0.5mg the next, and stay there or go to 1mg. I wouldn't go higher than that...

    Zempy off-ramp: what's next?

Most people who are overweight aren't lacking motivation. There are typically far more complex underlying issues.
