    Plateau at 7.5mg... now what?

Some people need higher doses to lose weight, which is fine. Look around online-- some people don't start losing until 7.5mg or 10mg! Not everyone is a super-responder. The recommendation is to increase every month. If you are not losing by then, up the dose. I wouldn't consider any other...

    Xpeps legit?

They seem to be dropshipping from another source. They take digital payment apps, which is a red flag.

    Xpeps legit?

I remember when he got a vendor tag and claimed he wasn't making a profit. He said he was marking up kits $5 because he had access to old stock and wanted to help people, claiming his bad back was healed by peptides and that he would stop selling when the stock ran out. Apparently, that sweet...

Acetic acid with cagri - safe or sketch?

I always made sure to let the water run down the side of the vial when I reconstitute. Someone told me that injecting right into the powder can damage the peptides. I don't know if it's true, but I've always done it that way.

Finally did it! My first dose!

I gave myself my first dose last Wednesday, so today's my second. I've been dealing with pretty constant nausea. Does it stay the same on the second dose, or does it get worse? I'm a little worried because I'm flying across the country tomorrow! It seems to be working tho, down 8lbs in a week!

How is everyone paying for semaglutide? Do you have insurance coverage or something? What's the least expensive way?

Finally did it! My first dose!

Hey there! I gave myself my first dose this past Monday, and I'd be happy to be your buddy on this journey if you want. Edit: If anyone else wants a buddy, send me a message. I might even start a group!

Still feelin' big after losin' big?

When I was in my early 20s, I lost around 45 pounds (at the time M20, 5'9", 205>160). It took me a couple of years to adjust my self-image to my new body. I still felt like a bigger person. People reacted to me differently in social settings, and I wasn't prepared for it. I worked with a...

Still feelin' big after losin' big?

Girl, I FEEL you. I've dropped 115lbs so far and have like, maybe, 25 more to go, and it sucks that I still feel heavy and have a big belly. I'm a size 6/8 for crying out loud, but it all seems to be in my stomach now. And don't even get me started on the loose skin. You're definitely not alone...

    Compounding Pharmacies v. FDA?

Good reminder from Reddit: Mounjaro has a half-life of about 5 days, meaning it takes around a month to be completely out of your system. So if you're having trouble getting it, don't freak out *immediately*. Withdrawal effects are real, but it takes time for the drug to leave your body.

    Compounding Pharmacies v. FDA?

That's a valid point. It may be that there's technically enough supply, but distribution is still a mess. Or maybe the 'shortage' designation was lifted prematurely.

    Compounding Pharmacies v. FDA?

You're right. Looks like they filed for a temporary restraining order on Tuesday.

    Compounding Pharmacies v. FDA?

I'd take less pay for easier work, especially if the patients actually want to be there.

    Compounding Pharmacies v. FDA?

That's 2.5x what I make in MO. Cost of living, sure, but still! Slave wages.

I hear you. I'm jaded, too. You're not alone.
